June News and Manifesting

Hello dear,

How is summer going for you? We are finishing our year here in Provo Utah. If you didn’t know, we are doing a “sabbatical” year here in Utah and we have had so much fun. I haven’t lived in Utah since college and we have had such a fun time here. We still have not pinned down our next step, but we are waiting anxiously.

Sometimes I feel the stress of not knowing what is ahead creep up in my heart. Mainly when I get asked 6x a day where we are going or when we are leaving. Thankfully I am confident that the Lord knows and is preparing the way for us. It is manifesting 101. After much pondering and prayer, I have a picture in my mind of what we want, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I know what it feels like. I pray that the Lord will bring us this next step in our lives. I am open to his amendments, He knows best. Then I let that go to Him. I do my part in preparing, job applications, home rental listings (in multiple cities), packing up books, purging what we don’t need and preparing for what is going to happen.

The key to manifesting is to know so strongly that the Lord is preparing what is best and your highest good, preparing every little detail, that the stress of the unknown, or the stress of the wait has nowhere to be. It doesn’t mean that anxiety won’t creep up, it will try. It will keep trying. Faith over fear my dear, faith not fear.

I had a friend recently ask me how I can see organized religion fitting into awakening. How I can see religion and new age spirituality meshing. I answered her with my understanding of the Sermon on the Mount as it applies to our personal spirituality and growth. If you are interested, you can read it here. (Spoiler, I believe if you look at the steps to spiritual awakening from a religious or from a spiritualist standpoint, they are SO, SO similar. Words are different, but the TRUTH can be subscribed into one eternal whole. What is not true is born of fear.) I would love to know what you think.

I continue to do my work as a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, and an updated version of the Emotion Code book is now for sale on Amazon or here. I have had the opportunity to work out of an office in The Yoga Underground here in Provo and I continue to do distance work for people both here in the US and abroad.

My doTerra business is going well and I am excited for some new developments that I will tell you about hopefully next month! For now, I am initiating weekly in person Study Sessions. For people who are interested in learning one on one how plant medicine can benefit them in the issues that they are dealing with. Would you be interested in coming to one, or do you think I should make them online study sessions? This month we will be focusing on Holistic Health for Kids and Teens. I plan on having one here in Provo next week, and one in Heber City the following week. If you know of anyone who would be interested in hosting in your city, let me know! If you want to learn more on your own, this is a great site, and if you want to buy some oils to try, go here.

On my instagram account www.instagram.com/sincerely.suzanna I have been posting once a week about one essential oil and how to use it for physical and emotional benefits. Are there any specific oils you want to learn how to use better? I love starting holistic education with what you have already.

I also post there lots of pictures of what we have been doing as a family. My goal is to get my kids outdoors for at least 2 hours every day. Some days *like today* it completely wears them out. Other days they have energizer bunny batteries. My goal is to get my kids hiking, so a lot of our outdoor play is geared toward stamina and endurance, HA! We are also participating in Barnes and Nobles Summer Book Club, so when my kids finish reading 8 books they can go to B and N and get a FREE book. It has totally motivated my 7 year old to read. She loves getting free stuff, even though she is my most reluctant reader. I hope it will get her confident in and enjoying reading.

Again, I hope your summer is going well, and that you have been able to take advantage of these LOOONG summer days. (though right now, I really wish it got dark at 8 and not 10 pm).

Sat Nam,,

Sincerely,

Suzanna
